studio note offers free standard delivery on orders above €80 in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Outside the Netherlands and Belgium free shipping standard delivery on orders above €180.

All orders are delivered with ‘signature for delivery’ by Post NL.
When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer.
We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Within Netherlands and Belgium: € 8 - 10 depending on the size and weight
Within Europe: € 15 - € 18 depending on the size, weight and country
Outside Europe: € 30 - € 35 depending on size, weight and country
Delivery in The Netherlands generally takes up to 3-5 working days. Deliveries to other countries within the EU will generally take up to 5-7 working days. For countries outside the EU, delivery will take around to 5-12 working days.
studio note is not responsible for loss and damage after presenting the package to the delivery company.
Delivery times are estimates and provided as guidelines only. Please note that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible, but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. During the sale and holiday periods, the large number of orders can result in longer delivery times.
Please be extra careful when assigning public delivery addresses such as public (living) buildings or office addresses since we cannot take responsibility for lost packages.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon entry into the country of destination over which we are unaware. studio note cannot be held accountable for any of these customs duties and import taxes. You should contact your local authorities to take notice of these fees and the respective values that differ from country to country and over which we have no knowledge. It will be your sole responsibility to claim such import charges back from the applicable authority in your country.

studio note has a 14 day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is
delivered to ship it back to our return center for a refund or exchange.
The costs and risks pertaining to the return of products are borne by the sender.
Any claim regarding the delivery of products must be submitted in 14 days following receipt of the products. The customer must contact the studio note service beforehand via firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a “Return Authorization”.
Once you have received the return authorization for your order, you can return the product(s) back to us. No parcel shall be accepted without a return authorization. Returned items must comply with our returns policy: Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached in the branded packaging provided. This is also to ensure that items arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state.
All accessories/items must be returned in original state (with the original branded boxes and dust bags where provided) and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them.
Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason.
studio note is not responsible for the refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. studio note cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel. Returned parcels for which the customer’s identification (surname, first name, address and return code) is not possible shall be refused.
